DELIVERY CHARGES
All mainland UK deliveries will be free of charge if you order £99 or more worth of products, Delivery will be £5.00 if under £99 is ordered.
Free Highlands and Islands Delivery.
Next Working Day UK Delivery £13.50, Order before 16.00 (Orders placed after 4pm on Friday up to 4pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.)
We also offer free Click and Collect within 50 Miles of IV1
Deliveries to Europe cost £25, rest of the world £35.00
If delivery cannot be fulfilled in one package, if some stock is not available at the time of ordering, then we may choose to delay the order or send part of the order immediately, and then send the balance when the stock becomes available. If this happens we will notify you by email. In the event of the order being dispatched in more than one part, then there will be no additional delivery charge for the customer.
Current Delivery:
All orders received for UK deliveries can take up to 3 days to be received will usually be dispatched the same day and should reach you the next working day in most cases. We will always strive to deliver sooner than the 3 days.
Please note during the sale and high order volume periods, we cannot guarantee you will receive your parcel in our normal service period so there may be a delay on your delivery.
We advise International Orders can take 5-10 working days from ordering.
XMAS SHIPPING:
Standard and free shipping deadline 11am Saturday 20th December.
After this date, Select Next Working Day Delivery (UK) £13.50 by 11am on the 22nd December to receive your items before Christmas.
Same day local delivery (Inverness only) up till 4pm 23rd December.
Christmas Returns
We have extended our usual returns policy to give customers peace of mind when shopping during the festive period.
We will offer a refund for items purchased online from Friday 14th November 2025, as long as they are returned to us from Boxing Day until Sunday 4th January 2026.
Items must be returned unworn and in perfect saleable condition within their original packaging.
